Las Heras Avenue is an important artery of the city of Resistencia (Chaco, Argentina); where are located several important Universities, Educational Institutions, Students Departments and Commercial Stores.

The land for the proposed building is a space that has always been empty, being the recipient of residue, delinquency and an eye sore to the community.  It is located adjacent to the train tracks and right in front of Las Heras Avenue.

The project will be a mixed use facility that will contain an art/music school, an office tower and both an indoor and outdoor auditorium. There will be a variety of restaurants, show rooms and other functional spaces for the development and use of people in general.
