The Black River crosses through an important part of the Providence of Chaco, Argentina. The location chosen is key for this convention center because: *The area can be accessed by the same route that is the entry to the city of Resistencia (Capital of Chaco) and in close proximity to the neighboring Providnce of Corrientes.  

• It is an extension of natural views, important for recreational activities.

• This intervention will use the potential of an area of the city that until now did not have a major use.
